Chapel House Wood Landscape Research Project

Extensive multi-period landscape in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales
  • Iron Age/R-B agricultural estate with settlement remains and field systems
  • unique burial site
  • qualified, experienced and friendly staff
  • Earthwork survey – differential GPS, total station, alidade, taped offset/triangulation
  • Excavation – basic techniques, finds recording, planning, finds processing
Location: between Threshfield and Kilnsey,

No previous experience is necessary
