Trustees

The Trustees are responsible for and accountable for the operation of CBA Yorkshire. They consist of the elected officers of the Group and three 'other' Trustees elected at the Annual General Meeting.

All business of CBA Yorkshire is transacted by resolution of the Trustees, normally conducted at meetings of the Management Committee. The Management Committee normally provide resolutions to be transacted by the Trustees and the Trustees can only act on resolutions put forward by the Management Committee..
