YOU CAN NOW REGISTER YOUR EVENT FOR THE 2021 FESTIVAL OF ARCHAEOLOGY
Simply head to our website to create an Organiser Account. This is completely free and takes a matter of seconds. Once you’ve done that, you can register your event.
There’s no deadline to register, but we encourage you to do so sooner rather than later, so we can give your event as much promotion as possible.
This year we are also sharing resources such as self guided walks, competitions and craft activities. This enables audiences to take part in their own time and to their own ability, even from the comfort of their own home. Find out more about our new Resource Area below.
The Festival of Archaeology will be back from 17 July – 1 August 2021, and our theme is “Exploring Local Places”.This year we’re inviting event organisers to register digital and on the ground events as well as self-led activities and downloadable resources.
No worries! We want to send you information about all our amazing Festival of Archaeology events, and encourage you to take part in as many as possible. To make sure we’re sending you the information you want to receive, why not sign up to our dedicated mailing list?

Can you help make the CBA Festival of Archaeology even greater?
By making a donation of just £5 you will be helping us develop new activities, provide more support to our event organisers and help even more people participate. Even the smallest amount makes a difference and helps ensure the Festival will continue in the future.
